 WHAT’S INCLUDED? Base Venue Rental – all time on property, large farm table for food buffet, beverage table, cake table, gift benches, guest of honor area for opening, teacher cabinet for decorating, chalkboards for personalizing with photos or theme, music choices from Pandora radio, fresh cotton hand towels and candle in restrooms. In addition, events choosing to utilize the Tavern level, all seating is included in the Tavern and in the Courtyard.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED? Base rental of the venue does not include the banquet tables (60″ rounds or 6′ rectangle), the ivory linens to cover the tables or the elegant Chiavari chairs (fruitwood with ivory cushions) for the Schoolroom level. 

Each event determines what number of tables, chairs and linens are needed based on their event in the Schoolroom.  Tavern level rental includes existing tables and chairs.
